Chance at PSU?

I'm from New Jersey. I plan to major in Civil Engineering. I visited Penn State and I've decided that it is my #1 choice. Rutgers New Brunswick is my back up plan. But please help me to figure out my chances of being accepted into university park. Here are my statistics:

SATs: 1630
Critical Reading: 540
Math: 570
Writing: 520

GPA: 4.1 (weighted)

I've taken the hardest classes possible every year throughout high school (including senior year).

Every AP available in my school. When I graduate I'll have taken 5 (sadly that's all we have).

I was chosen to attend Governor's School on the Environment at Stockton. Only 48 students (including myself) were selected throughout all of New Jersey.

Lots of volunteer work.
Started my own environmental club at my school.
Three years of baseball.
Three years of marching band.

I also have 3 years of Spanish.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Look up what Penn state students' SAT scores are. You seem to be a little low.

Retake the SAT if possible. Your gpa is fine but you will need to bring up your scores for PSU. Best of luck!

I know my SAT scores are low. I plan on taking it one more time.
