<p>What do you think my chances are for admissions to LSA for fall of 2012?</p>

W GPA 4.3
All honors classes
Junior year AP Calc, APush, Ap Accounting (Pilot) Spanish 3 BiologyH, English 3H
Senior Year will take AP Stats, AP Gov Pol, AP Env Science, English 4 H and Spanish 4 H</p>

<p>ACT:31</p>

<p>National Honor Society
4 Years of Varsity Hockey
Over 100 hours of community service and other leadership roles in community.</p>

<p>Great letters of rec from teachers and counselor</p>

<p>Out of state.</p>

<p>Do you think I need to re-take the ACT or can I stand on the 31 ACT? Not sure I can do better...</p>

<p>The ACT is not that big of a deal. You have pretty solid scores, and U of M doesn’t put that much weight on the ACT but rather your GPA. I think you’re pretty solid, at least for in state, but out of state I’m not an expert on… lol I’ll leave that for someone else. But I think you’re in good shape. :)</p>

maybe youll be even recruited for michigan hockey, which is probably the best in the big ten.</p>

<p>You are in. Don’t worry about the ACT, the current range is 28-32, so you are nearly at the high end.</p>

<p>if this is the 1st time you’ve taken the ACT you probably should retake because the average person does better the 2nd time. a higher ACT will help your chances a little bit. make sure you apply EA though</p>

<p>thanks for the input. it was my second time taking the act. and i plan on some good essays! i don’t want to take the act’s again because i want to plan a visit to michigan for the michigan/nd game and that is when the september act’s are scheduled!!! hoping my 31 can stick!</p>
