Chance for a decent college

<p>Is there any chance for me to go to a decent college in the north east with only 1760 on the SATs and a 26 on the ACT.
On the subject tests:
Us history 770
Math 2 720</p>

<p>My GPA is 5.0625/4.0 weighted while being ranked third in my class.
I teach students with disabilities to ride horses, volunteer at a children’s specialized hospital, volunteer at a retirement home, and at a library.
I’m also the president of two clubs as well as being part of four other clubs.
I know my test scores are bad but is there any chance at a decent college.</p>

<p>It’s all relative, what is a decent college in your opinion?</p>

<p>You could probably get into Syracuse, UMass Amherst, and Penn State.</p>
