I’m a senior international student from Hong Kong, China. And I would like to apply to US college undergraduates directly.

Academics:

In school: Ranked Top 10~15% in the form in the final of sophomore year (the performances are better before and after that particular examination, and it counted only particular language subjects and mathematics not including calculus and science subjects in which I performed a lot more impressively)
Standardized tests:
TOEFL
Reading 27 Writing 29 Listening 26 Speaking 20
Total 102/120
SAT I Oct 2011
Critical Reading 610 Maths 800 Writing 620 Essay 10
SAT II Nov 2011
Physics 800 Chemistry 800 Math II 800
Going to retake SAT I in December and probably in January, depending on December performance

ECA:
Vice chairman of Philosophy Society in junior year
English & Chinese debate team member in three years of high school
School magazine editor in junior year
No prizes

The ECA part seems to be extremely short and unimpressive, so how well should I perform in the next SAT for the chance of any colleges ranked above 30? And how well is the chance in my status quo?
Especially: UC Berkeley, UCLA, UMichigan, UChicago, Georgetown, and Brown

Thanks.
