<p>Grades are on the low side, but test scores are better than average for the B-School. I think your chances are good, but you should expect to pay full OOS tuituon.</p>

<p>I would say it’s a reach. My son had same stats and we are instate and was deferred and rejected.</p>

<p>I got in from out-of-state with a slightly lower GPA and similar SAT. I think my essays were what got me in.</p>

<p>Your scores are not out of line for the business school, but the GPA makes it riskier. You mentioned you are a national ranked track and field athlete. I suggest you reach out to Jewell White. he is the Business school Assistant Dean for Admissions. I also know he gets involved in athletic recruiting. Plus he is a really good guy.</p>

<p>Dean White might be able to give you some pointers or even connect you with the coaches for your sport to see if that is an option–either scholarship or walk-on.</p>
