Do you guys think I could make it into a top 20 school?

Intended major?
Cost constraints?

Here is some information on admit rates of UCs by HS GPA: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1903428-faq-uc-historical-frosh-admit-rates-by-hs-gpa.html

Intended major: Pre-med / Bio Major
Income: 250,000+ (no financial aid needed)

Note that no specific major is required to do pre-med, although there are pre-med course requirements.

“Do you guys think I could make it into a top 20 school?”

You don’t need to go to a top 20 school to get into a good medical school. You do need to go to a school where you can maintain a high GPA. There are a lot of universities in the US which have strong premed programs.

Your upward trend is indeed quite strong. This will particularly help you at schools that don’t look at freshman year grades, which I think includes most of the UCs. However, this will probably help you pretty much anywhere.

Save some money for medical school. You are going to need it.
