<p>i have been to georgetowns open house last year and fell in love with the school…i really like their health science program…but i dont know how competitive it is…here are my stats
junior in technical school-medical arts in jersey
asian american-only living with mother
rank 11/486 i have taken hardest workload and doubled up in math this yr
current gpa (w)- 4.01 …got a C- in algebra 2 honors soph. yr…would that hurt my chances?? im making up for it junior and senior year
certifited in dental assisting…worked 7months as an assistant
soon to be certified in CNA, first aid and CPR…and EMT by senior year
volunteering in hospital and i tutor french afterschool
tennis for 3 years
work weekends at mall
vice president of student council
35+ hours in student council community service
HOSA (health occ. students of america)
placed 4th in regionals, 2nd in state and top 10 in nationals
hold state secretary office and local office
ROTC academic team captain…won 2 competitions
ROTC community service team and color guard freshmen yr</p>
<p>ill be taking SATs this year and SAT2 in biology, math and english…but i just want to get an opinion from you guys…any tips, comments? thanks i appreciate the time</p>
