Chance for Top Schools and Help with List

I am a rising senior who goes to a top boarding school in the Northeast.
ACT: 34 C (35 E, 35 M, 34 R, 31 S) with 11 Essay
SAT 2s: Chemistry- 800 US History- 800 Math 2- 790
GPA: 3.98, which is incredibly high at my school because it is so competitive and there is deflation. I am in the top 10%. I take the best classes available as well.

My school doesn’t offer APs because they think that they are too ‘good’ for them. They try to teach flexibly which is great for my education. This certainly won’t hold me back because 20% of the kids at my school go to Ivies each year (not trying to sound like a jerk, just want to show that me not taking APs doesn’t matter).

Essay: I wrote a charming essay about my climb into adulthood. It will be very reflective of who I am, and writing is one of my strong suits, so it definitely will not hold me back. The same goes with the supplements.

Extracurriculars:
Managing Editor of the newspaper at my school- It is a really big publication, so this is a big task. We publish a paper every week.
I created a Math in the Social Sciences club and I got a ton of people to join. We’ve raised a ton of money (around 10K), which funded are projects and we gave the rest to charity.
I am a Chemsitry peer tutor, have done a lot of research at school and I am going to a program this summer for three weeks where I will be taking a class with undergraduates at Penn.
I am a starter on the Varsity Football and Basketball teams.
I am a tutor at a program each weekend for underprivileged students taking the SAT.
I interned under an oncologist last summer and learned how the treatment works. Now I know how to identify the disease and apply the treatment to the sciences.
The list goes on but I’m kind of not saying as much about each of them as I should.

Background- White Male, 200,000+, Massachusetts

List: Georgetown (MASSIVE HOOK), Dartmouth, Penn, Yale, Tufts (Hook), Williams, Amherst, Bowdoin (Hook), Duke, Middlebury, Swarthmore, Columbia
The thing is I have like no genuine safeties. I was looking for help in finding safeties. I am leaning more towards LACs, but I also don’t mind the medium sized urban schools like Penn. I just don’t want to go to a massive school. What schools could I consider safeties? What are my chances at these schools?

Please keep in mind that my school has strong connections with all of these schools because so many of our kids have gone there over the years. Also, I’ll chance back if you dish a link.

You’re right, you don’t have any safeties. Your closest thing to safeties are still going to be pretty tough. Georgetown (massive hook - which I take to mean that your grandfather is George Town, after whom the University was named, or your mother is the President of the University and part of her contract guarantees your admission) and Tufts (hook - which I take to mean they list your race as a URM from South Dakota, rather than a white male from MA) are the closest thing you have to safeties and admission is far from a sure thing at either. Try looking at schools ranked in the 30-40 range - outside the top 10-30 range. Good luck.

Brandeis, URichmond, College of Holy Cross, College of W&M => you can easily get into these colleges check them out
Financially i am finding it hard to find a school that is cheap and small
