Chance : Guess it's time

First of all, I only started AcaDec this year and have no other EC’s, so don’t bother looking. Also race and religion won’t help me much, so if that matters… Anyway,
SAT:
Math: 760
CR: 620
Writing: 620 (11 essay)

SATII:
MathII: 800
Physics: 800
US Hist: 710

AP:
World Hist: 3
Art Hist: 3
US Hist: 5

Planning on taking these AP tests… *not taking class
AP Amer Gov/ Macroecon
*AP Calculus BC (taking AB class)
AP Chem
AP Lit
AP Physc
*AP Stat (maybe)
*AP Physics C Mech (if school will let me)

I’m planning on majoring in aerospace engineering, and am concerned more with undergrad first, so rankings aren’t the most helpful. Also, if you could suggest others, I would really prefer staying in California.

Looking at:
UC Davis
CalPoly SLO
UCSD

So undershooting? overshooting? Will EC’s be a problem? Did I not put in the right words in the search button? Are these too many questions? Should I still take the ACT and will I have enough time?

Edit: Oh yea, if it matters I’m in the top two percent in my class with (so far) all A’s.

Thanks,

You’re undershooting/match. You’ll get into the 3 colleges you are looking at.
Try and raise your SAT scores for LA.

P.S. Was the Subject Physics test hard? What study guide did you use? Was it similar to the real test?

Hey guys, chance this buddy and answer my P.S. question :P.

Well thanks for the comment anyway. ;)

As for your question, the SATII Physics was more or less common sense to me. The only thing that came out of nowhere was that I needed to know a few constants. I thought they would give them, but I guess I should have known the speed of light by then. That besides, I didn’t take the class and skimmed over a few sections of sparknotes, took the practice tests there, and got an 800. (Spark’s SATII practice tests are accurate enough, but they must have been harder than the real thing, because on the practice I got 720-760)

Oh I received a similar score to you, I can’t wait now :P.

UC Davis
CalPoly SLO
UCSD

You’ll get into those. For sure.

Look at LA and Berkeley if you’re shooting for UCs.

lack of EC’s will be problematic, don’t you think?
