Chance/help modify a list for a biochem (premed) major from MA [3.94 GPA, 1570 SAT]

So Case and Rochester are a good start on research university Biochem Targets. Given some of the other colleges on your list, you might want to check out William & Mary. Although a public, it feels much more like a midsize private. Pitt would be more likely and may offer merit, and although a public it again can feel pretty different in some ways.

For LACs, Trinity University in Texas has a robust and popular Biochem program:

Finally, Earlham is a smaller LAC generally but this is a big area for them:

There are many more but this gives you some idea of what more likely LACs with strong Biochem look like, and merit is a possibility at all of these as well.

It is hard to help with a list when there is no clear picture of what you prefer, other than a school with a biochem and/or public health major. Can you provide some more specifics?
