<p>D applied EA Northeastern. Can you please tell me her chances:</p>

<p>3.68 unweighted GPA
3.8 weighted GPA
1780 total on SAT’s (570 cr, 640 math, 570 writing)
mostly honors classes
2 AP’s senior year
takes 2 languages
member of foreign language honor society, key club, astronomy club
jv volleyball 2 years, captain second year
over 250 hours community service working with underprivileged children
interns approximately 8 hours per week (this year AND last year) at local elementary school working in a 3rd grade classroom helping students, grading papers, setting up classroom, assisting teacher
amazing references</p>

<p>Northeastern is her top choice. Does anyone feel she’ll be accepted?</p>

<p>Look at the website below, using the scattergram view for 2014. Most kids in the area around around her GPA and SAT were accepted. With her strong extras, I’d say good chance EA, and very good chance if they defer her to regular admissions (where the standards are a bit lower). Let us know what happens.</p>
