Chance - low SAT high GPA

I have a low SAT - 1810 , but a near perfect GPA (4.0), all As.
I'm international
not ethnic minority
has special circumstances/ unusual education path
I feel my essays are compelling/ well written
I explained my background
did GCSEs got good grades
currently studying in England
lots of ECs, and research assistant positions/ leadership
I put a lot of effort in ECs!

Is there a chance at all, or will they just throw my app away?

It sounds like you might be a transfer... Have you ever had any college instruction? If so, you're considered a transfer, meaning your SAT score doesn't matter.

If you're a freshman applicant, the 1810 will hurt you. I'll assume the 4.0 is unweighted... If it could be weighted, what would it be?

I'm applying as a transfer with unusual circumstances
GPA is all the way through high school - it's ALL As except 1 B in my 5 years of high school

All you guys need to do is just write an essay where you can put a lot of effort in writing your essays. When you write your essay, make sure you are putting effort in writing an essay where you set yourself out from the crowd as much as possible.
