You need to calculate your 3 UC GPA’s along with your SLO GPA.

SLO GPA is 9-11th grades for the a-g courses with an 8 semester Honors point cap so if you have not taken any college/DE courses than use the UC GPA calculator, add in your 9th grades and then your SLO GPA = UC capped weighted GPA.
For SDSU, what is your CSU GPA calculated on your application?
SDSU average admitted GPA was 4.04 Capped weighted. I would put SDSU closer to a Target School and not a Likely.
Cal Poly SLO’s College of Business admitted SLO GPA range was 4.08-4.25. Economics had a 19% estimated admit rate and Business Admin 23%. SLO is probably a High Target.

UC Berkeley: 5.3% High Demand major- REACH
UC Irvine: 17.5% Econ/10.8% Business Econ and 8.8% for Business Admin- LOW REACH/REACH
UCLA: No admit by major but by College: Economics 11%- REACH
UCSD: <25% Economics- HIGH TARGET/LOW REACH
Good luck and the UC’s and even SDSU tend to be unpredictable. You already have several acceptances so you are in good shape.
