Congrats on your accomplishments!
While you have a solid academic record, your EC’s stand out more than your stats, so I think more “holistic” schools will go better for you than ones that are very stats-driven. Most of your reaches/super reaches are going to be pretty long shots, I think. (Also, GT wouldn’t be in budget anyway. Hopefully you’ve run net price calculators on the ones where you’d get need-based aid?)
I don’t think UCSD is a match - more of a reach/low-reach. Also, no undergrad business school - Riverside would be better for this anyway. I think you’ll get into UCR, and I think that will set the bar for assessing your other acceptances in terms of value vs. cost. SLO and SDSU have gotten surprisingly competitive; I don’t think they are slam-dunks but fingers crossed, as both would be great options to have.
Have you considered U of Denver? They have an excellent business school, and their Pioneer Leadership cohort program seems like a great fit for your strengths and could be the kind of experience you would like. Not sure if it would be in budget or not, but need-based aid and merit are both possible, so it might work. Still plenty of time to apply if it looks interesting: Home | PLP Leadership Studies Program | Academic Affairs
The Business Leadership Program at U of Puget Sound is another cohort honors program that could be worth a look. Again, potential for both merit and need-based aid to get you to budget. More About the Business Leadership Program | University of Puget Sound
Did you consider Babson? It would be another reach, with a <25% acceptance rate, but it’s more holistic and focused on entrepreneurial potential, with median stats that are pretty close to yours (your SAT is above their median but GPA a little below). Fantastic school for a business-focused student - top-notch reputation, and they meet need. (Again, run the NPC.) (FWIW, Babson and Puget Sound both have D3 tennis, if you’re at a level to be interested in walking on. Did you have that in mind at all, for the few D3 schools already on your list?)
You have some nice acceptances already, if they’re affordable, and Riverside should be a yes and definitely in budget, with great business programs… so everything else is gravy, and you only need to consider additional applications if you like them better than those. Good luck!
