chance me at emory?

<p>i’m a white female hs junior from ct thinking about applying RD to emory next year. i was wondering what my chances are… is this school a low match? match? high match? reach? anyways…</p>

<p>SAT 2180, CR 750 M 750 W 680 (only first try… i plan on retaking)
GPA probably 3.7 UW?
all honors
AP’s: 10th - Bio (5), 11th - US, Euro, Chem, 12th - probably Spanish, English, Calc, Physics, and Gov
EC’s: field hockey 4 years, varsity 2 years, captain senior year, also olympic training in off season for 2 years… student council 3 years, VP 11th, president 12th probably… dance for 12 years… community service mostly self-initiated fundraisers for different causes</p>

<p>Match. Your GPA is a little low compared to their average, but SATs seem fine. Have you had any major achievements in the extracurricular activities you do? That would probably help with an interesting essay. You’ve got a good chance.</p>

<p>KCM: stats are a match, but Emory uses RD to balance out their class with demographics (and being a female from the NE doesn’t ever help there)… If you really love it, apply ED…otherwise, it’s difficult to count on it…</p>

<p>i dont agree with Rodney, they balance, but not a lot.
