<p>Some of the schools on my list are a major reach, but its nice to have dreams and aspirations, yanno?</p>

<p>My stats:</p>

<p>GPA unweighted: 3.75-3.81 (my teachers computer says 3.81 but we’re not sure if that’s accurate to the total. It might take into account current grades, which are due to change)
GPA weighted: 5.75 - my school might do this differently than a lot of other schools.</p>

<p>Test scores:
ACTs: 32 on the first sitting, I’m retaking in a few weeks. My math and science sub-scores should rise, because I had not taken the required math at that point.
SAT Subject Tests: I’m taking US History, Lit, and Bio in a few weeks. I’ve been studying, but before studying practice test had me at about a 700 for US History and Bio and a 750 for Lit</p>

<p>Clubs: 4 years of varsity debate, undefeated my Junior year. My school doesn’t do national competitions or anything. Or positions. (Quick question - does this count as a sport? I do have letters, pins, and plaques for it.)
2 years of knitting club - our original intention was to knit blankets for the local women’s shelter, but we never got to that point. Instead, me, the teacher, and a friend all taught other club members how to knit and crochet for two years. We aren’t having the club this year due to lack of support, and we didn’t have the club my freshman year because it took us a year to start it up.</p>

US Government and Politics - 3 (highest grade in my school, if it makes a difference)
Psychology - 4
AP Calc
AP Comp
My school only offers 6 AP classes. One was added this year, after I had already taken the honors version of that course, and the other won’t fit into my schedule ( you need to take honors stats before AP stats, and I was not able to fit either of those in)</p>

<p>Classes
Honors/AP level in all possible courses.
Sciences: Earth science, Environmental science, bio, bio 2, chem, chem 2, physics, anatomy 1, Nature of science (AC)
Math: algebra 2, geometry, pre-calc, calc, Ap calc
Business: Computers and careers 1 & 2
History: American History 2, AP gov, econ, world studies, contemporary american history, AP Psych
English: 4 years of english + Ap english ( you have to take honors english 12 in order to take ap), Spanish 1 and 2 (both AC) Public speaking
Fitness: 1 and a half required years of PE (1 of which was Nutrition and Body Shaping) (AC), and then a yoga class at the local community college
Arts: 1 years of Visual Arts</p>

<p>Work experience:
I worked as an Assistant Office Manager over the summer.</p>

<p>Volunteer Hours:
I really don’t have any, short of two hours worth of political volunteering during the Obama campaign </p>

for JHU, if that UW GPA is out of 4, then you have a 50/50 unless you can get your act score up.
penn state is a likely match.
and i think you already no about Upenn. hahahah…
michigan is also a 50/50… again… unless act score goes up

<p>Oh, I plan on double majoring in Bio and International Studies/Relations. I could possibly get a good rec from my Bio teacher if I choose to (she’ll grumble about my Volunteer hours though), or my econ teacher. Otherwise I’m getting them from my Pre-calc teacher and by psych teacher (I rank among their favorite students), as well as my employer.</p>

<p>Dude you’re very good. Dont listen to CC people who have SUPER high expectations. My friend got in with lower scores and no hooks what so ever. 31 ACT and 3.7 GPA</p>

<p>What is your race/gender and income? If your family income is under $60,000 a year, I would definitely apply for QuestBridge ASAP since its selection process is almost at the deadline. That will give you a significant advantage if you become a a finalist.</p>

<p>Your good at all schools except upenn and JHU(if you do ED i say you have a good possibility of getting depending on major)</p>

<p>You have a ton of low matches, YOLO. get a couple extra frames to frame Ivy rejections. You have great stats why not give it a try. UDel, W&M, Michigan and the OOS public will be expensive with lil to no aid. </p>

-You’re not dead in the water, because JHU LOVES Early Decision. Their admit rate for ED is basically twice the overall.
