I’m going to be a senior next fall and would appreciate someone chancing my apps. I plan to major in Econ or Finance at all schools.The 5 schools I do not know if i will get into are Brown(Early Decision), Air Force, USC, Boston U, and UCSD and would love to hear some feedback. My resume is as follows:

SAT: 1990
(Math: 740 Critical Reading: 670 Writing 580, 11 essay)

ACT 32
(Math: 35 English: 26 Science: 33 Reading: 33)

AP/IB classes: AP Calc AB, AP Calc BC, AP Psychology, AP Physics, AP Government, AP Statistics, IB Business & Management SL

EC: Youth Ambassador to China (11), Senior Class President (12), Varsity Water Polo (9,10,11,12), Varsity Swim (9,10,11,12), 18u USA National travel team to Argentina (10), and Founder of the Programming Club (12).

GPA: 3.79 Unweighted
3.97 Weighted

Letters of Rec: I will being receiving them from my AP Calc AB teacher and my vice principal, both will be very strong I think, but will not read them. Should I get another from an outside source or even another teacher? Please let me know.

Getting into Brown with those test scores and a 3.79 is a serious reach for most applicants.

If by “USA National travel team” you mean the actual national team, that might be a game changer. Have any colleges reached out to you for recruitment? If so, you’ll have a good chance. Otherwise, Brown is a high reach and BU is a high match.
