Chance me? Class of 2022

Okay, to begin my class has 53 people in it and my town only has 2,276. Take that into consideration… if it matters.

GPA- as of junior year, 3.48 but projected to get a 3.83 before I graduate (in senior year now)
Rank- 10/53
College Credit- will graduate with 27 for sure hours (or 30 if I pass the AP test)
ACT- 30, superscore 31

What are my chances of getting into USC, Cal State Humbolt, Cal State Long Beach, Pepperdine, and LMU (Loyola Marymount University)

Totally forgot to add EC’s though its not many, lol.

How did you calculate your GPA? It’s hard to tell. I need your cumulative grades from 10-11. Also, Are you in state or out?

My 3.48 is on my transcript while the 3.83 is when I make all A’s. So its simply just adding 4’s and a 5 (since one is AP) to get that. Also, wayyy out of state (from Arkansas.) Hope this helps!

Your GPA at the time of application is what matters for admissions. When you graduate with senior-year straight A’s in June, the admissions season will already be done.

USC - far reach

Calstates - why would you pay out of state tuition for those? (You know you won’t get aid, right?)

Pepperdine, LMU - reach or maybe high match. You’re not at the top of the application pool for either with that GPA, but you might squeak in with a good application. They may like the diversity aspect of accepting someone from small-town Arkansas. Can you afford these? Neither meets full need.

I get the impression from that list that you want to get out of Arkansas, but every senior needs an in-state admissions and financial safety school.
