I’m looking for a college not in Kentucky, preferably smaller, but I do like Cornell despite its size.

Your ECs, although you founded a non-profit, I would consider average. Officer positions are bottom of the line and are pretty easy to get. They also don’t scream education. You don’t have much of a spike. If you don’t manage to get AT LEAST a 32, I would consider your chances at all of these schools slim, except for maybe Bowdoin. Also, how did you do on your SAT II scores?

With a 32+ and great essays, you could get into Bowdoin if you applied early. UVA maybe as well. Georgetown and Cornell are definitely harder, but you do have a slight hook in the sense that you are from Kentucky
