Cornell
Norwestern
Umich

I think you have a good chance at all these schools! Are you an international student?
Also, if youd like to chance me back : http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1962119-wesleyan-haverford-swarthmore-uchicago-p1.html
I am, but I study in a US boarding school.
Being an international student definitely hurts your chances, but you have pretty good stats. Your extra curriculars appear to be good.
I’d say to work on developing & communicating your passion! I don’t really get a clear sense of who you are and/or your dedication to engineering from your ECs, which I should. From that:
Cornell: Waitlist
Norwestern: Waitlist/Accept
Umich: Accept
Georgia: Accept
Berkeley: Waitlist (If OOS?)
UCLA: Accept
Good luck! Chance me back?
