Chance Me?- Cornell University Hotel Administration

Hi! I am an extremely interested (possible) candidate for Cornell’s School of Hospitality. But my mother said it is a waste of time to apply there since it is so prestigious and competitive. I have always wanted nothing more than to be in the hospitality industry ever since I was in kindergarten. What are my chances of being accepted?

If you want to go into the hospitality industry, Cornell’s Hotel School is definitely the best place for you. I say definitely apply. The Hotel School mostly cares about fit and experience, so probably the most important thing on your application (I would say) is your job at the Hilton. Your other ECs are very impressive. I say go for it and apply.

^^^^ said it perfectly, also I dont think grades and scores are as important as commitment to the field when it comes to applying to Cornells hotel school
