Disclaimer: Don’t be alarmed! I’m applying to a mix of schools… I’ve just chosen not to list the others for now, because these two schools are the ones that I really hope to get in, especially Penn.
I plan on applying ED Penn Huntsman Program (targeting Spanish) and Wharton (single-degree), then ED II UChicago for Global Studies.

Volunteer Experience: Local Youth Volunteer Organization (2-term Board Member; MC for Awards Ceremony; accumulated 180+ hours),
Essay topic: Identity crisis due to not having a hometown (b/c I’ve lived in three different cities in three different English-speaking countries), but ending up appreciating my atypical childhood because each place has contributed some aspect to who I am today (this might be a bit cliche… thoughts?)
Other:
Applied for Financial Aid? Yes, will apply
U.S. State/Territory or Country: Canadian living in Northeast U.S. ( Penn is need-blind for Canadians so fingers crossed!)

Income Bracket Range: $100,000 - $150,000
Hooks (URM, first generation, recruited athlete, development): None
Reflection: I have a strong interest in business and management and I hope my EC’s/leadership positions reflect that. I’m already bilingual, but I’m targeting Spanish for Huntsman b/c I want to learn a third language. I have minor interests in journalism, science, and volunteering. The thing I’m worried about for Huntsman is that even though I’m involved in a few organizations about race/diversity, I don’t have specific Spanish EC’s, like study abroad or immersion programs, nor even Spanish Club (school has it, but I never joined) or Spanish Honor Society (school doesn’t have it).
