I have done very well in academics:
4.0 GPA (unweighted) 4.2? (weighted)
35 ACT
2290 SAT (800 Math, 750 Writing, 740 Reading)
220 PSAT National Merit Semifinalist
5’s on Calc AB, English Comp, US History, and PHysics B
800 on SAT Math II
790 on SAT US History
800 on SAT Physics

My activities are pretty short though:
National Honor Society
Mu Alpha Theta
National Spanish Honor Society
Volunteer annually at a couple of VBS programs
Taught a Chinglish Sunday School for about a year (I enjoyed it more than the kids)
Various Math and Science awards - all local/state
Various church activities for the community (pantry, moving, cleaning, etc)
National Board Club
Debate Club

I have found a hole in my application. Although, I am fairly involved in academic and religious activities, I do not have too much to show for it. If I write a good essay on said topic, would the lack of a lengthy list hurt the essay?
