Chance me for a few schools please?

Hello!
About me:
Asian
Low Income (Negative Income on Tax Returns)
California
My parents have saved up money in a fund that can only be used by me for educational purposes, so although I would like to go somewhere cheap finances isn’t the biggest issue.
Here are my stats:
I have a 3.70UW GPA (3.76 will be what it is when I send in my official transcript) 4.22W (4.28W in final)
10-12GPA 3.82UW 4.40W
ACT: is a 33 11/12 on Essay.

I have a good amount of ECs, and a few jobs.

I have done 8AP Classes so far and will graduate taking 13 in total.

My GPA is a whole 0.1 lower due to a poor first semester of freshman year. However my grades have trended upwards with large improvements in Feshman to Sophomore to Junior.

I have two teachers who really like me and I know will write amazing letters, i also convinced my conselour to write a real letter rather than a template letter

I am a strong essay writer so I believe my essays will all be pretty good!

One fact about me is I have swept the AP department of all the AP History classes.

Here is my list of schools!
University of Southern California(Public Policy) (“easier” to get into major)
University of Washington,
Boston College,
Babson College,
Chapman,
NYU (the LSP Program), Emroy(Oxford College),
Tulane.

I moved from New York to California so it was a difficult adjustment not knowing anyone and being lonely for the first semester of Freshman year. I know people move all the time, but this is a reason for the grade drop.

I don’t know why you’d go to USC which is private when many of the UCs are better and a lot cheaper which is good for you. The only one I know about is Boston, and thatll be a match. Maybe a hard safety. But if funds are the issue I have no idea why you applying to so many OOS schools, or private ones that are in Cali. You have a pretty good chance for UC Berkeley UCLA and UCSB.

@mellamousted Funds are not an issue, we have a low income, however my parents have saved a lot of money up that are in some sort of account that can only be used for educational purposes. For example, I was able to use that money to buy myself a new computer, however I can’t buy food or anything with it, if that makes sense. Not 100% sure about what account type it is, but I am only allowed to use it for educational purposes only. I think it was something to do with my grandparents who donated the bulk of it and in there will they said it can only be used for my education.

Basically I can afford 4 years and have no debt regardless of where i go to college. I don’t need a scholarship or any FA, but will take it if offered. That is what I am trying to say.

Your parents have saved up $260,000?

@BigDawgzTV
University of Southern California(Public Policy) - Low Reach
University of Washington- Match
Boston College- High Match
Babson College- Low Match/ Match
Chapman- Safety
NYU (the LSP Program)- High Match
Emroy- Reach (apply to both)
(Oxford College)- High Match
Tulane- High Match

@TomSrOfBoston I didn’t want to go into detail so I just said that although we have a low income I can afford full tuiton, but since people keep asking I will explain. My grandparents were pretty wealthy so they donated most of it and said I can only use it for educational purposes in their will my parents added the 25ishk that they saved up so I have about 250k for educational purposes.

@VANDEMORY1342 Thank you! That is about what i was thinking. This is what I have been thinking and it is kind of similar to what you said:
University of Southern California(Public Policy) - High Match (because Public Policy is a lot easier)
University of Washington- Match
Boston College- Match
Babson College- Low Match/ Match
Chapman- Safety
NYU (the LSP Program)- Match/Low Match (LSP is alot easier to get into so I am unsure if you’re aware of the difference)
Emroy- Reach (apply to both)
(Oxford College)- Match (My GPA is a tad lower than average for Oxford but ACT is higher than average)
Tulane- High Match
