Chance me for a prestigious school (I retook 10 classes)

TL;DR version:

I dropped out of school in 5th grade due to severe bullying (sexual assault, physical assault, verbal assault). My sick grandmother moved in with me and my parents who are just above the poverty line; I took care of her why my mom worked days at a time and my dad worked late nights. I lived far away from most social activities and buildings; most of my family disowned me for being trans-identified, so I stayed at home and talked, played, and read on my laptop. I got inspired by a show of knowledgeable grade school students and studied 5 years of course material in 3 months after my grandmother died (had more free time), crossed my fingers, and got back into school when I passed the tests for an online school that ships you free materials allowing me to do work at home.

Shortly after getting into the online school, my mother got sick with an illness that’s expected to kill her in 4 years. Dad picked up extra hours and I took care of my mother. I attended her appointments and got her what she asked of me.

Issues with mother, school, grandmother, family, and financial situation prevented me from doing many ECs that could’ve drastically increased my chances of getting admitted (AIME Qualifier, USABO Semifinalist, National Merit finalist, etc).

The issues with my mother caused several bad letter grades over the years. I’ve made up all but one grade with As on first retake. The retook classes and the grades included were:

High school classes retaken

B- AP Psychology.
C- AP Biology A
D- Honors Chemistry A
B Honors Chemistry B
B- Physical Science B
C Honors American Government

College classes retaken (concurrent enrollment)

D Anatomy and Physiology
C General Chemistry
B Macroeconomics
B General Biology

Remaining non-A grades after retaken classes:

B Introduction to Programming
B+ Honors Geometry

These are what stats I have currently. I haven’t taken the ACT or SAT subjects yet, but plan to get solid scores on them (for the sake of responses consider my chances given I get solid scores on both tests):

17 college classes (concurrent enrollment)

18 honor classes (each semester consists of two classes at my school)

3 AP courses (plan to get 5s on them)

By time of application sax, piano 4 years

By time of application Korean, Japanese 3-4 years/Mandarin 1-2 years

Debate, videoing, and science club 3 years

STEM robotics club at top university here in Colorado

3.9 GPA (due to them replacing new grade GPA with old GPA but keeping both grades on transcript)

Retook 10 classes and got As first retake

I also plan to add to this by do research internships, community service, and research projects with nearby professors before I apply at the age of 20 or 21 (taking time off to further take care of mother, get some money to help out parents and my future finances for the university I get into, and spend some money on internships or research projects that might boast my chances of getting into a prestigious university).

I will be including some of my what I’ve been through during school in my essay to the school (I feel they deserve an explanation as to why I retook so many classes).

Hooks:

Underrepresented minority but I want to avoid putting my race when I apply if I can (black, white, and Asian).

I’m interested in schools such as Harvard, MIT, CalTech, Georgia Tech, and Cornell University.
