Chance me for a transfer

I plan on trying to transfer next year, can someone chance me?
College GPA: 4.1/4.3
Note: ASU is very screwy when it comes to GPA, the highest attainable is an A plus at 4.3, however most professors refuse to use this scale.
ACT: 34
Arizona State University/Part at Community College
HS GPA: 3.3 (mediocre)
EC: DECA, LGBT club, Advisory board, Intercultural Exchange Club, Christian Fellowship, International Honors, Students with disabilities. Air Devils, Arabic Language and Culture Club, Federalist Law Society.
Hook: Suffered epilepsy from birth.

Anything I can do to improve my chances? Do I have a chance? I have a while to prepare.

Hi, your GPA and ACT are good. But there are more things in the application, like your recommendation, essays, and other supplements. The ECs you listed are a little vague, but looks nice to me.
Although I am unable to tell the chances, I recommend you to work closely with professors and advisor, so that you can get a great recommendation and will definitely increase your chances.
