Grades and Academics
- I have worked hard to maintain A-, A, or A+ grades through 6th and 7th grade.
- A- corresponds roughly to scores between 90 and 92.
- A is from 92 to 96.
- A+ is from 97 to 100.
- My school does not use GPA, but I focus on consistent improvement and understanding.
- I attend a college preparatory K–12 academy with an academic level similar to Andover.
- My latest SSAT practice test score is 93%, and I am working to improve it.
Current Academic Classes (7th Grade)
This year I am taking English, Algebra 1 (planning to take Geometry next year to strengthen my skills), Robotics (1 semester), MS Makers (1 semester), Writing, and Geography.
Nationality and Location
- I am a Japanese citizen currently living in Kansas City.
- I will be a rising 8th grader this year.
- I have moved eight times so far, including four international moves. I plan to move back to Japan in about a year.
- My family fully supports my education financially; I do not require financial aid.
- Because my family may move again, I hope to attend boarding school for stability and continuous growth during high school.
Passions and Interests
- Motorsports is my main passion. I enjoy learning about physics, watching races, participating in sim racing, and being part of the community.
- I also enjoy skiing, swimming, drawing, and sim racing recreationally.
Summer Programs and Camps
- I was grateful to attend the Choate Rosemary Hall Summer Program, and I was accepted to Andover and Loomis Chaffee summer programs as well.
- I participated in two weeks of golf camps to improve my competitive skills.
- Each summer, I stay involved with robotics through FRC and FTC projects.
- I attended leadership and STEM enrichment camps organized by my school.

- Soccer: School varsity/A team; Sporting Blue Valley Team 3 U13; 9 years playing.

- Robotics: Two years in FRC (FRC CAD leader in grade 8), helped start FTC team and serve as FTC captain, head of writing team in FLL.

- Dog Fostering: Over 1500 hours caring for shelter dogs with family.
