You seem to have an interesting hook with your film forum thingie (not sure exactly what to call it), and you’re a strong academic student. Since you said your essays are okay, I would revise them and make them great. Essays are a HUGE part of the process. Obviously, they know some people are just stronger at writing essays, but you have to make sure that yours stick out from the rest. Remember FA and ethnicity are also a factor. I think you’re a well-qualified applicant from what I’ve seen. Now remember, I’m in the same boat as you and I’m defninetly not an AO, so I wouldn’t know. If your interviews went great that’s a very good thing, especially if you said your essays are okay, because they know that you’re a good person, just not so good at writing essays. Also, I think you should check out the forum at the top of the Prep School Admissions forum b/c you shouldn’t be posting your name or anything else that could tell your identity. If it’s not your real name, fine, but just be careful not to post anything that could reveal your identity on the internet.

It’s a nickname, so good luck finding me. :P

anyone else?

any community service/sports/ music?

not a good chance with Andover although good with everything else
