the difference money wise between uw and uiuc is 15,000 a year cheaper for uiuc. Minnesota is 5,000 more than uiuc but when i visited i truely couldnt see myself there, and I am not 100% sure i want to do engineer, let alone chem e, but I wont take it off the table just yet. Either way I feel I can’t make a bad decision from choosing one of the three. Also Im not getting any financail aid from any schools.
