Oberlin is not “all about music.” It does have a conservatory, which is all about music, but the rest of the college is a true LAC that is well suited to OP’s stated interests and has a vibe that would probably appeal. It’s a reach for a student with these stats, but if OP can bring their grades up a bit during junior year, it might be a reasonable reach.
