It is how you look at it. My DD could not stand clasical music in admission building in a bathroom. (I love classical but it was a strange place for music…)
I think Oberlin screamed music so much that it turned off my DD. It was like school for people who wanted to combine music major with something else…
Muhlenberg tour was all about theater.
These are our personal impressions. Everyone is different. Since my kids did not attend either maybe our exposures were too limited.
Since DD was not interested in music or theater both schools were eventually eliminated.
