St John Cadet Program 2005 - 2013
• Gold Level Badges (through training and assessment): Health, Environment, Fire Safety, Communication,
and Leadership. Earning these badges included some assessment matrix, along with a formal assessment, and
usually a camp or a course. Working towards Grand Prior.</p>

<p>• Community service through St John, volunteering at Twinkle Child Foundation, and volunteer for street
collections. During the duration of the course, 2 – 3 hours each week was spent on helping the elderly.</p>

<p>Finance Director of YES Company (Ghost) 2012 - 2013
• Designed a portable USB powered cup-warmer (which when connected to the USB port on the computer
would keep your drink warm).
• Prepared all business plans, and financial statements.
• Learned to use Xero accounting software.
Profit of $4000 and received innovation award.</p>

<p>Tutoring 2012 - 2013
• 3 hours per week for $25/hour plus another 2 hours as part of the Headmasters Welfare committee free
tutoring service (for minorities), which involves tutoring a boy Accounting, Biology and Mathematics.
• Learned to communicate with other boys with different academic ability, and also learnt ways to teach and
understand their problems.</p>

<p>Habitat for Humanity 2013
• Build houses on Saturdays for the homeless.
• Developed skills in building and provided an opportunity to help the local community.</p>
