Im a International Student tho I am a US citizen.</p>

<p>I know its really not good enough but I got a lot of international experiences like exchange students etc.
And maybe the score standards are lower for international students.</p>

<p>Is it true that since ILR is run by the state, it is more likely to accept in-state students and raise the bar on international students??</p>
