CHANCE ME for Harvard

I have applied to Harvard, Dartmouth, Duke, and Cornell - here are my stats

Live in the rural Midwest
32 ACT
730,660,650 SATII
4.0 unweighted
4.3 weighted
7 AP classes
captain of two science extracurricular teams
president of the French club
Member of Model U.N, Science club, National honors society
My older sybling attended Harvard and was accepted at Dartmouth

I have already been accepted at a local state school but just wanted to know if I should expect acceptance at any of the schools mentioned above.

Since I have them handy, here are stats for Brown which is easier to get into than Harvard, about the same as Dartmouth and a bit harder than Duke and Cornell:

[Brown Admission: Facts & Figures](<a href=“Undergraduate Admission | Brown University”>Undergraduate Admission | Brown University)

The legacy factor might help you at Harvard, but the stats are in the 25% percentile range generally for all the schools except Cornell. The ECs are not too stellar either. I would offer that if your interview goes well, you might still have a chance. Forget Duke, unless you have a marvelous jump shot, or your folks have LOTS of dough.

SAT scores are low though that’s a good ACT. Not very many extracurriculars, though a 4.0 unweighted GPA is great.

The ivies a reach for everyone. Might as well just wait and see. I’d say you have a good shot at Duke though.
