If they accept your grades as a 4.0, the closest you’ll get to $20K (with automerit) is U of Alabama.

What you never know is how much aid you’ll get because the school determines the amount. So you could get in and hit budget. Or you could get in but be asked to pay more than you hope for.

IF i somehow get accepted I will have to pay at most 10~22k.
