To be honest, none of your current scores, rank, or extracurriculars seem to stand out, but who knows

You have no shot at JHU or Yale with those SAT/ACT scores.

yeah thats kinda what I was expecting, hopefully my scores will come out better this time!

I think you have excellent EC’s and good course selection. Your GPA is good too but your test scores are the problem. They aren’t bad at all. Try retaking both tests but if that isn’t an option, don’t send your ACT scores. Your SAT scores are better and your ACT won’t help you. I think you will be able to get into TCNJ, especially if you are out of state (I went for a tour and the admissions presenter emphasized how the school wants more out of state students). Apply ED to JHU (or EA if that’s all they have). In all honesty, Yale and JHU are very high reaches for you but apply anyway. Also come up with a few more matches/safeties if all else fails. I’d recommend SUNY Binghamton, University of Maryland, SUNY Albany, Trinity in CT, Northeastern, NYU, and Boston University.
