Essays
I would say that my essays are pretty strong and focus on my background and diversity since that is what the essays are focused around and also since the program is mainly for underrepresented groups. I also talk about how i want to pursue Cybersecurity and how I became interested in it, etc. I would definitely say that they are pretty unique.
LOR
My Math and Physics teacher will be giving my LOR’s. I have a pretty good relationship with my Maths teacher and a decent relationship with my Physics teacher so overall I would say that I have some decent LOR’s.
Extenuating Circumstance
Last year my best friend passed away in a car crash. It was tough for my to keep up with the demanding courses and thus my grades dropped, which are listed above. I did try to get help improve myself and were able to get majority of the grades back to the B+ range. My essay on personal challenges was focused around this hardship so the admission officers will be aware of this.
