<p>Suny Potsdam- probably. Your grades and SAT are on the low side but its worth a shot especially if you are from NYC/downstate. They are trying to attract students from outside the Adirondacks…</p>
<p>If you are eligible for EOP, you may have a chance at Albany. Purchase you should be able to get into. I don’t know that I would spend the money on any of the private colleges you list, unless you get awesome financial aid.</p>
<p>LIU CW Post and Cazenovia College also has HEOP so again, if you are eligible (financially speaking) specify you would like to be considered for HEOP. Try to raise your SAT to the 900 range for Albany with EOP. You may also fall under EOP for Purchase… Here are their stats for EOP admissions for 2011:</p>
