I’m a junior, and despite being ambitious, I have a low gpa. My gpa freshman year was a 3.5. Sophomore year I hadplentyofpersonalissues(though not an excuse it did hinder my academic performance) andI gota 2.5UW gpa.Mycumulative gpa at the start of the year was a 3.0 However I am taking college prep classes andhave around a 3.9-4.0 gpa this year. I look to finish the year with this. I was not thinking about these schools seriouslyuntil I tookthe actualSAT inJanuaryandfeltitwas easy. I earned an 800 in math a 700 in CR anda 720 in writting(10 on essay). These scores are above average andI wonderifthey can compensate formylow gpa.As far as AP classes go I will have 2-3 next year in additiona to an honors course. I would like to mention that I do have add andI am bipolar. I was wondering if I can mention overcoming a disability in my essay would help with admission.

As far as EC’s go I have nothing special. I am a varsitybaseball playerI am inthe school orchestra, and a member in a few clubs.I also have around 110 volunteer hours at a local fore department.

I would like to be a pre med student with a business minor

Also how much weight would SAT subject tests carry. (Math, chem and maybe physics) I am aiming at a score of 700(though not guaranteed).I apologize forany grammatical errors I’m typing on my phone.

In all honesty how do my chances look? What other alternative schools suit me as I wish to be in an urban atmosphere. As far as an actual major I am leaning towards chemist
