<p>Your chance are great. Reason why my friend last year had a 4.08 GPA and was a Val. His dream school was also USC, he applied and got rejected along with every other UC besides UCR,UCM and UCSB. Reason why was because he had no EC's just Grades. And at the end he picked UCSB. Good Luck haha cause my dream school is also USC but that for PharmD.</p>

<p>I have more ec's but i just didn't list them cause i didn't want to make a laundry list. Also, I devote a lot of time to my top 3 ec's so I think that counts for something......</p>
