Uhhh…there’s not much to go off of, but sorry your ACT score doesn’t cut it for schools like PennState and UPitt. If you bring that up, you might have a chance at those schools as reaches, but you’ve provided inadequate information from which to make any conclusion
The average ACT at Penn State is a 27 and the Average ACT at Pitt is a 29 so I didn’t think I was that far off
