Essays: I think I write quite well. But who doesn’t think that? 8-9/10.
Recs: Counselor and 2 teachers. Solid but probably not amazing. 7/10.
My main concerns right now are my:
- Low UW GPA (dragged down by a few Cs in math, my weighted is a lot higher from lots of As in honors and AP classes). I know McGill only looks at UW GPA and my test scores.
- Slim list of extracurriculars. I got involved in a few things pretty passionately, but I’m not the most social person and haven’t joined many clubs.
- Noticeably low math subscore on the ACT. Goes right with my Cs in math. Numbers just aren’t my forte.
Thanks for looking me over!
