<p>I got a 99 on my TOEFL, and thanks for the comment. Do you think Applying ED helps a lot. Is the acceptance significantly greater? If not then still, i will apply ED because I am in love with PENN</p>
<p>I believe most schools are looking for a score over 100 (I don’t think the single point is going to make the difference).</p>
<p>I did not see a minimum TOEFL requirement for Penn, so I think that’s irrelevant anyways.
If you think you have a chance to improve <em>an</em> English grade (be it SAT/ACT/TOEFL or whatever) I would do it. If you don’t see a clear shot at significant improvement (which might be a possibility) do not postpone your application.</p>
<p>I, too, am head over heels in love with the school. Actually, I just visited (my plan was 24 hours and I ended up staying 4 days).</p>
