Chance Me for Some State Schools - Below Average GPA, Well-Known and Hard High School

I’ve been feeling stressed for the last couple weeks and I need some of you guys to take the weight off with me.

So I’m on East Coast and I’m Indian. Currently a sophomore, will be a junior next year. I’m taking all honors courses and pretty much maxing out on everything. I’ll be taking all APs next year (Lang/Comp, APWH, Calc AB, AP Physics, and AP Comp Sci).

GPA: 3.35-3.4 (I’m mostly upset about this because I got a 3.2 freshmen year and it’s messing me up)

SAT: Didn’t take it yet but shooting for 1450-1500 (I know this will happen)

EC’s: Track (3 Years), Toastmasters (4 Years), Newspaper Business Department (4 Years), Model UN (2 Years), and a Social-Media Management Organization a couple of friends and I started (3 Years). I plan on getting into App Development and counting that as an EC too.

Leadership: Toastmasters Secretary, Social-Media Management Organization Founder and Director of Communications. Newspaper is likely, and MUN is possible, but they didn’t happen yet.

Volunteering: Red Cross and local library, also another organization which raises money for kids to obtain an education.

I’m trying to major in CS or CIS because I wanna do cybersecurity in the future.

Here are the colleges I’m going for:
Baruch College, UMASS-Amherst, Drexel, NJIT, NYIT, Rutgers, UT Dallas, Virginia Tech, and and Queen’s College.

As a person from Texas, UT Dallas is super easy to get in (you don’t have to even worry about it). Now, that’s probably because (at least in my opinion) it’s a terrible school, but everyone has a preference.

For your GPA, is that weighted or unweighted? If it’s unweighted, you should be fine, as long as you get the SAT taken care of.

My GPA there is unweighted, weighted I have ~a 5.0 on a 6.0 scale which is pretty good since most kids have ~4.0s-4.5s on the weighted scale.
