I was wondering what my chances are for RD at schools like CMU, USC, UCSD, UCLA, UC Davis, UC Irvine, Georgia Tech. Thanks.

I would say you are a very competitive applicant for USC/UCD/UCLA/UCSD and UCI. I cannot comment on Georgia Tech or CMU. Best of luck but both USC and UCLA are still tough admits.
