As suggests Michigan State for supply chain and engineering. Forget rank. Supply chain is usually 1 and engineering is usually like 50. Forget that… The kids get placed at good jobs. Also if you meet their honors program it usually comes down to $35,000 OOS with research built in, study abroad $5,000 grant and some other goodies. Really a great program but first you have to be able to afford it.
Also really hard to go from 1410 - 1530. Once you have “real” numbers report back. Also always start instate since it’s usually your most economical option.
