Chance me for top LAC's

Hey Guys,

I am planning on applying to top LAC’s such as Williams (first choice), Amherst, and Bowdoin. I am wondering what my chances are:

Race: Indian Male, High Income (RIP)

Intended Major: Neuroscience/Neurobiology

GPA: ~4.5 Weighted 4.0 UW

SAT: 1580, Math II: 800, Biology: 800, Chem: 800, World History: 800

AP Classes Taken: Computer Science A, Physics 1, Calc BC, Biology, World History, US History, Statistics, Language and Composition

I plan on taking ~5 more in senior year

Dual Enrollment: 4 courses (I forgot how many credits)

EC’s:

2x ISEF Grand Award Winner (qualified from a very competitive regional)

3x ISEF Special Award Winner

Patent Pending

Internships at two universities that are ranked Top 3 in my intended major (can’t say too much about the second one but the first is UCSF)

Internship at hospital designing better monitoring software for patient rehabilitation

2x Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Gold) Recipient (100’s of hours of community service)

Co-founder and CEO of a Medical-related startup

Started a student ambassadorship program at a local nonprofit and lead students internationally in working with and raising money for special needs children (Likely to receive recognition from local congressmen/state senator for this)

Founder and President of Model United Nations Club at my old school (2 years president)

4 Best Delegate Gavels at competitive collegiate conferences

Founder and President of a city-wide Science Research Program (4 years)

Attorney at County youth court (3 years)

Intern for Local Congressmen during campaign (1.5 year)

JV Golf (1 year)

You are a competitive applicant. Your stats and ECs are great. You should consider applying to more universities, as only applying to a few reaches makes it difficult to get accepted to several of them. Write good essays and you could get accepted to any of these schools

Your stats will definitely get you through the “screen”. At that point, it’ll be about who the "person " is, not the stats. So your essays, etc. will be what matters.
