You asked for match schools. What are you looking for in a university? Size, climate, geographic region, school spirit, Greek scene, religion affiliation, etc.? Are any of these important to you?

Hello, Thank you so much for your reply. I did mean to ask for U Of M as in Minnesota not Michigan

What is the chance of getting into CSE with these stats

Also what if I do not have AP physics in my high school course work ?

My mistake. I edited my initial response.

You don’t need to have taken AP Physics so I wouldn’t worry about that.

UMN Engineering had a 3.62-4 UW GPA range - I don’t see they note it as 25th/75th as others. 29-34 ACT. So I’ll assume it is bcuz they definitely have 35s and 36s.

So your GPA is a bit low but ACT is there. So I think it’s 50/50 - you could get in as you are within the band. Apply and see - but you’re certainly in the ball park. Your classwork seems fine.

The title says match me - so you need to provide more info.

If you want to be close to home, Iowa State would make a great bar bell - those two you’d have an assured home - and Iowa State answers right away.

If you have budget needs and want to be under $30K all in, an Alabama or UAH or Miss State would work.

If you want a city school like UMN, few are smack in the city but a U of SC could work and is, a Louisville is a few miles south and would work.

Not sure what you “match” criteria is - but hope that helps.

I hope you don’t mind but I put Minnesota in your subject title here for clarity (there are a BUNCH of “UM” schools.
