<p>I’m white, but i’m also a first generation American. Both my parents moved here from Poland, and i speak and read Polish fluently.</p>
<p>extra curriculars: I was in my school’s robotics club for my freshman and sophomore years, and senior years. I was an academic coach junior and senior years. I currently work as an engineering intern at a local engineering company that makes robots and machines used to assemble aircraft. Most of the robots i help work on are sold to companies such as Airbus and Boeing (i live right next to Boeing’s main manufacturing plant in Washington).</p>
<p>running start: I took all but one of my junior classes at a local community college as a college level alternative to high school, which is funded by Washington state. I took a full course load at the community college, and took Japanese 3 at my high school. I am currently taking Japanese AP at my highschool this year. My community college average GPA from Junior year was 3.95, but my Japanese grade is around a 3.6, which brings my total grade down a bit. Instead of the standard senior social studies and English classes offered at highschool, i took English 102 and Macroeconomics.</p>
<p>I took a trip to Japan with my Japanese class during the summer of my senior year, and when i came back i helped volunteer to organize events from exchange students visiting America from Japan.</p>

<p>I am applying ED Cornell, so that might slightly raise my chances. I think my essays are pretty good. So what are my chances for UW Seattle, UCLA, UC Berkeley, and Cornell? Thanks!</p>
