<li><p>Jazz Band- Most Improved Award. First place for soloist award at a Jazz band festival out of 200 people two years in a row.</p></li>
<li><p>Police Explorers- attended a boot camp and have volunteered over 200 hours since then with the police department. Graduated the boot camp top of my class (got award Most Outstanding Recruit for academics, athletics, character, etc)</p></li>

<p>Essays were pretty solid-I spent a lot of time on them. One was about how I got cut from the track team and then became one of the best in the county. The other was about the Police Explorer academy.</p>
<p>I applied for a Linguistics/Psychology major at UCLA. I also applied to Berk, SB, SD, Davis, UCI as a poly sci major. What would you say my chances are??</p>
